The idea to this new dosing solution started, when one of our larger customers had a challenge with the bottling of liquid products, because the products would foam over during the dosing. At Eilersen we always strive to help our customers and our engineers took up the challenge.

Based on the customers need, Eilersen developed a new dosing algorithm that ensured slow dosing in the beginning of the process to prevent risk of overflow and foam. As an extra benefit the dosing even became more precise and accurate.

This customized software can be incorporated in both semi and fully automatic dosing and filling systems where it will ensure intelligent dosing to prevent problems and production stoppages.
