According to Statistics Denmark, Danish organic exports reached new heights in 2023. With a growth of 3% from the previous year, this increase is a main driving force for domestic production. Reports show that exports to the Swedish market amounts to 12% of the overall export market, with Germany at the top with 51%. And so, due to the show’s unique positioning of offering Nordic and international exhibitors, it’s garnered a loyal list of supporters including Organic Denmark, IFOAM Organic Europe, Pro Luomu, Free From Awards, Organic Norway, V-Label – and more.
“I enjoy coming to Nordic Organic Food Fair to find products outside of the UK and Ireland. As a result, we have struck up some good business deals! I also come to explore the latest trends. This is a vital show for us as it allows me to bring back diverse and innovative products to my retail base,” says David Morrin, Commercial Director at Wholefoods Ireland.
