To lead and optimize the Supply Chain department in Lantmännen Unibake Denmark covering planning, logistics, and customer service, we are now looking for an ambitious Supply Chain Manager. You will take on a key role when it comes to ensuring delivery on the local and global supply chain strategy. More specifically, you can look forward to the following areas of responsibility: 

• Drive the S&OP processes at a strategic, tactical and operational level and facilitate the S&OP transformation journey in close collaboration with Managing Director and the rest of the management team
• Deliver qualified basis for S&OP decisions and challenge the management with relevant inputs and questions based on data
• Manage, motivate and develop the Supply Chain Organization with 3 direct reports and a total team of 14 employees   
• Support the digital journey in close collaboration with relevant Business Process Managers
• Guard and ensure compliance regarding global standards, polices, and requirements
• Act as the Supply Chain Process Business Partner and ensure efficient collaboration between Supply Chain and stakeholders across functions, locations – internal as well as external
• Governing of Continuous Savings Initiatives (CSI) and continuous initiatives that improves performance and processes 

You will be based at the office in Horsens, where you will be part of the Operations Management Team and report to Operations Director, Rasmus Graversen. Further, you will have a dotted line to the Supply Chain Director in Unibake International.
