You will play an important role in:
In this role, you will be important in driving quality and manufacturing excellence through activities such as:
- Expert advisory on machining processes
- Define quality specifications based on design needs
- Handling first-time production approval for critical components
- Work across Engineering and R&D supporting knowledge sharing between departments
- Organize and conduct sub-supplier quality audits
- Internal advice regarding design for manufacturing
Our engines and solutions, span across Japan, South Korea, and China, and you will be expected to travel two-three times per year. Engage closely with vendors worldwide, working on-site in Asia or from our head office in collaboration with local staff in China and Korea.

We envision that the ideal candidate brings a combination of technical expertise and interpersonal strengths. This includes:
- A background as MSc., BSc. in Engineering or similar
- Experience in machining process
- Know-how in the field of metrology
- Experience with production approvals and audits
- Experience with digital solutions for production and quality monitoring
- A natural network capacity with strong interpersonal skills and an open attitude to foreign cultures

You will be part of the Production Quality team, where the main responsibilities are quality assurance of production of engine components and supplier development. We are approx. 15 people with individual competences in different areas and a common desire to take quality to the next level. You will join a team with a good mixture of experience, new ideas, theoretical and practical background. There is a relaxed and open atmosphere in the team.
