Automatic tube filler-welder with volumetric dispenser for liquid, sticky, viscous and pasty products.

Automatic feeding of tubes into bucket.
Tube spot centering station by photocell.
Tray with 8 interchangeable buckets, depending on tube dimensions, for transferring tubes to the packaging station.
Bucket size available with the machine: 35 mm diameter.
Interchangeable volumetric piston dosing station with stainless steel rotary valve.
Currently equipped with 1 x 40ml piston.
The piston can be changed on request from the supplier.
Tube filling station with stainless steel spout and drip cutter.
