The lid dispensing units are tailor-made to suit your specific filling machine. 

Primoreels® delivers a complete lidding solution, with both the dispensing system and the lids used in the system. 

The Primoreels® dispensing units are delivered as plug and play stand alone units.

The Primoreels® system offers:

• Lower margin for error compared with known alternative die cut sealable lid solutions which are handled manually.
• The Reels with sealable lids are easy to handle, load and remove, and they only weigh 10-12kg. One reels contains up to 40.000 sealable lids.

You lower the risk of cross contamination

• Primoreels® are untouched by human hands, as opposed to die-cut lids that are fed into the filling machines manually. No risk of cross-contamination and higher food safety.
• Primoreels® lids are as standard UV-C treated on the side which are in direct food contact. For more demanding foodstuff Primoreels offers a pulsed light treatment in collaboration with Claranor. This allows log reductions up to log 4. Thereby making it one of the most hygienic lidding solutions available on the market.

You have much less waste material

• All waste material is removed at the Primoreels® production facility. The only waste from the lid reels at your facility is the cardboard core from the reel itself and the sealed plastic bag in which the reels are delivered.
